Refund policy
We hope you are happy with your order of sunflower hearts. However if you are not, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of delivery and receive a refund.
To cancel and return your order, you must inform us via email at help@sunflowerhearts.co.uk. In your email, please let us know your order number, information about the product you want to return (e.g. quantity) and why you would like to return it.
If your items have already been delivered or dispatched at the point of you getting in touch with us, you will be responsible for returning the item to us at your expense. You can do this using a variety of parcel delivery companies including Yodel, DPD, DHL Royal Mail and Evri.
When returning your item to us, please ensure the goods are well packaged to ensure they are protected against damage and are still in sell-able condition.
Once your item(s) has been received by us, they will first need to be inspected before we are able to process your refund. If, after inspection, the item(s) are returned in a conditional that is not suitable for resale, we reserve the right to refuse refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can take prompt action to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
